For the salon policies

1. Please come along to your appointment (no children, friend, or pet allowed).
2. Masks are required for clients.
3. If you are feeling unwell or have exposed to anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 please Reschedule if you look or seem sick, you will be turned away.
Our #1 priority is the safety of our clients, ourselves, and our families, thank you for understanding.

Cancellation, No Shows, and Late Arrivals Policy

Please call ahead if you are running late. We will do our best to accommodate you, but will likely have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. Artist takes multiple clients a day and needs the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged. No shows and cancellations cause a significant financial burden on our small business and limit access for other clients. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit to a later date. Same-day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. Please understand that our artists are very busy and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice, we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.
